ABOUT THE OFFICE
SZ&P Lawyer’s Office began its activity in September 2002. Before the company was established, its founders Krystian Ślązak and Arkadiusz Robert Zapiór had been working as attorneys at law individually. Then since 1995 they had been partners in a civil partnership and next in an unlimited company. In 2002, they founded a partnership company, which in 2004 increased the number of partners when legal adviser Robert Wtorek became the Office’s partner.
In 2009 the Partners of SZ&P Office decided to transform the existing partnership into a limited partnership. The company named: Ślązak, Zapiór i Wspólnicy – Kancelaria Adwokatów i Radców Prawnych Spółka komandytowa was established as a result of this transformation. A decision was also taken to increase the number of Partners. In order to extend the territorial range of the rendered services a Branch of the Office was formally established in Zielona Góra, thus finalizing the several years of cooperation between SZ&P and the Office of Attorney at Law Gerard Dębski.
The Office renders, above all, legal services to business entities, carried out by the employees and partners personally and by engaging a stable team of consultants: economists, auditors, and tax advisers. The scope and degree of difficulty of complex tasks set before the Office determine each time the choice of staff necessary to properly execute a task.
The partners and employees of SZ&P Lawyer’s Office have large experience and extensive knowledge gained while rendering legal services for over 10 years. The Office employs legal advisers, attorney at law apprentices, legal adviser apprentices, and lawyers who specialise in different areas of law.
Each client of the Office is treated individually. The Office’s employees find out about the Clients problems in detail, engaging in solving them both factual knowledge and the gained experience. A proof of the Office’s rendering of legal services of the highest level is the fact that more and more important Clients are making use of the Office’s assistance.
