Biography
He is an expert in the scope of energy law, as well as environmental protection and wastes law. Professionally, he is interested in energy law, with particular inclusion of the problems related to renewable sources of energy.
He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice (2007).
He has been employed in Ślązak, Zapiór i Wspólnicy Office since 2007. He speaks English. A lecturer during numerous, most popular energy conferences.
Experience
- he has experience in comprehensive legal service rendered to business entities, particularly energy enterprises;
- adviser in civil and administrative proceedings;
- including particularly before the President of the Energy Regulatory Office;
- he has experience in projects connected with sector orders;
- expert in the scope of energy law contracts, including foreign contractors.
