Self-government Law Team
We specialise in rendering services to units of territorial self-government units, in all aspects of their activity. The particular areas of our interest are the following: legal consultancy in the process of creating and realising projects included in public and private partnership and legal assistance in appointing special purpose companies realising own tasks of self-governments, and advising in the scope of public finances. Within the public and private partnership we offer consultancy to both private investors and public partners.
Services
We advise in all legal aspects connected with the realisation of each project, at every stage of its execution.
Our services include in particular:
- legal and financial analysis of the intended enterprise;
- tax analysis and simulations for both partners realising a common enterprise, also in the aspect of regulations concerning unauthorised public assistance;
- elaborating projects of partner agreements, as well as the articles of association of companies established in the process of public and private partnership and of special purpose companies;
- elaborating of drafts of resolutions on the establishment of special purpose companies and related to transferring to them own tasks of self-governments;
- elaborating the conditions of announcements for a public partner;
- conducting negotiations within the initiated process of public and private partnership,
- supervision over the choice of the most beneficial offer based on the provisions of the act on licences for construction services and work and the act on public orders;
- representation of the parties of the public and private partnership in complaint proceedings before administrative courts.

The Team members are specialists in different fields of law, which are applied in complicated processes of public and private partnership. We possess appropriate knowledge and practice in the scope of taxes, licences for construction services and work as well as public order law, commercial company law, and law on public finances.

- consultancy for the biggest cities of the Province of Silesia and Lubusz Province in creating and realising of special purpose company and public and private partnership projects;
- constant legal services rendered to entrepreneurs of different lines of business, particularly supervision over proceedings related to public orders;
