Biography
He is an expert in the scope of commercial law, with particular focus on mergers and acquisitions of companies, restructuring processes and real estate law. He also experience in conducting proceedings in civil and economic cases.
He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. Between 1998-2002 he was employed as a Legal Adviser Apprentice in "Adwokaci i Doradcy" Law Office in Katowice. In 2002 he obtained the qualifications of a legal adviser. He runs an Individual Legal Adviser's Office. Since 2004 he is a partner in SZ&P Law Office. He speaks English.

- participation in preparing a pre-privatisation analysis of Huty Florian S. A. – 1999;
- participation in preparing a legal analysis of Nadwiślańska Spółka Węglowa – April 2001;
- participation in preparation of a legal analysis of property status for a foreign investor, Przedsiębiorstwo Produkcyjno-Handlowo-Usługowe “Ekochem” Spółka Akcyjna in Siemianowice Śląskie – 1999;
- legal consultation in the scope of acquiring the enterprises of coal companies – work at preparing the agreement, giving opinions on issues connected with the process of acquiring the coal companies by Kompania Węglowa S. A. in Katowice (formerly Państwowa Agencja Restrukturyzacji Górnictwa Węgla Kamiennego S. A. ) – November 2002 – February 2003;
- representing, together with the other members of Consortio LEX, of MCI Management Spółka Akcyjna MCI S.A. in the dispute with the Treasury concerning damages amounting to (main claim) 38,512,000 zlotys.
