What does the recruitment process look like?

Every year we organise a summer program of training and traineeships. Recruitment begins at the end of April / beginning of May and the training or traineeship takes place in selected vacation months (July, August, September). Each trainee has her or his guardian, who helps in every day work and gaining of professional experience.

Moreover, based on current needs, we organise recruitment for the positions of lawyer, apprentice, or attorney at law/legal adviser. (check the offers)

The recruitment process in Ślązak, Zapiór i Wspólnicy Office is not only the interview, but also tests, preceding it, which verify the way of thinking and professional competences.

Please remember that the high requirements, which we make in relation to the knowledge of languages will also be verified. It is advisable to include in your application information on language certificates or experience connected with the study of languages.
