• services directed to ordering parties:

• preparation or verification of the contents of announcements related to an order and specification of the essential conditions of the order,
• consulting the contents of letters directed to the contractors and actions taken in the course of proceedings related to granting of public orders,
• representation before the National Appeal Chamber and District Courts, which consider legal remedies,
• representation before the Chairman of the Public Procurement Office, alternatively other entities controlling the properness of the procedures granting orders;

• services directed to contractors:

• control of the contents of offers and applications for admission to participation in a proceeding in consideration of meeting statutory requirements and those made by the ordering parties,
• verification of the correctness of documents enclosed with the offers and applications for admission to participation in the proceeding,
• preparation of the contents of appeals taking into account the actions taken by the ordering parties in the course of the proceeding,
• appearing in the capacity of proxy before the National Appeal Chamber and District Courts which consider legal remedies,

2. longstanding legal services in the scope of public orders of one of the biggest domestic sector ordering party , active in the coal line of business;
3. multiple representation of both the ordering parties and the contractors before the National Appeal Chamber and earlier before the Arbiter Team of the Public Procurement Office as well as before the District Courts;
4. conducting of training in the scope of public order law.
