Biography
He specialises in commercial, economic, civil, and real estate law. He is a co-creator of the expert Real Estate Law Team, which operates in the Office. He also has a few years of experience in rendering full legal services to business entities.
Professionally he is interested in liability law, particularly in business contracts and issues related to running of business mediations.
He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. He successfully completed his legal adviser apprenticeship at the District Legal Advisers’ Chamber in Katowice and he took the national legal adviser examination.
He has been working in the Office since its founding in 2002. Earlier he was employed in the Attorney’s Office of Attorney at Law Krystian Ślązak.
He speaks English and German.

- Many years of consulting services in favour of individual entrepreneurs as well as managing boards of commercial law companies and their supervisory boards.
- Full legal services, particularly in favour of the following entities: “GWARANT GRUPA KAPITAŁOWA” Sp. z o.o. w Katowicach and its subsidiaries (2002 - 2003); ”ŚLĄSKA TELEWIZJA KABLOWA” Sp. z o.o. w Katowicach (2003 - 2004); Zakłady Mechaniczne ”BUMAR – ŁABĘDY” S.A. w Gliwicach (2004 - 2011); ”PRZEWOZY REGIONALNE” Sp. z o.o. w Warszawie - Śląski Zakład Przewozów Regionalnych w Katowicach (2010 – until present).
- Parallel services in favour of entrepreneurs, which run business activity, among other in the following lines of trade: heavy industry (mining, machine, casting); transport and motor vehicle; investment (real estate development activity, building and installation construction); real estate sales; hotel and gastronomic.
- Running of civil and economic court suits.
- Co-running of negotiations of contract contents in favour of the Office’s Clients (whereby the value of the subject of one such contract equalled to approximately a dozen million zlotys).
- Running of business mediations between parties of disputes
