Biography
He is an expert in the scope of public procurement law, as well as civil and commercial law. Professionally, he is interested in the law of liabilities, especially in business contracts.
He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice (2003) and works for the SZiP Law Office since the beginning of his professional career. In 2010 he passed his legal adviser examination and was entered on the list of legal advisers. Since 2012 he is a partner in SZ&P Law Office. He speaks English.
Experience
- multiple proxy of ordering parties and contractors before the National Appeal Board and earlier before the Arbiter Team of the Public Procurement Office;
- he conducts training sessions in the scope of public procurement law;
- author of audits evaluating the legal status of commercial law companies (due diligence);
- he has many years of experience in the scope of comprehensive legal services rendered to business entities, not excluding conducting of civil proceedings.
