Biography
He is an expert in tax law, penal law (including penal and tax law), and sports law. He has large experience in conducting of the restructuring processes of commercial law companies in order to ensure tax optimisation of conducted activity. He is the author of many concept elaborations in the scope of tax law for entrepreneurs and private persons. He successfully conducted many penal and tax proceedings and those in the scope of sports law before the bodies of PZPN, FIFA, and UEFA. He continuously advises entrepreneurs that run activity in the scope of road and rail transportation.
He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (2002). In the years 2002 – 2004 he was employed at the customs authorities, and next in SZ&P Law Office. Since 2008 he exercises the profession of attorney at law and one year later he was granted the status of Partner in SZ&P Law Office. He speaks English.
Experience:
- author of many concept elaborations for commercial law companies and capital groups enabling the execution of safe tax optimisation;
- proxy in many successful proceedings in the scope of tax, customs, and insurance (Social Insurance Institution) law) as well as penal and tax law, both in favour of entrepreneurs and private persons with a total value of the subject of dispute exceeding 100 million zlotys;
- legal coordinator of a club of Ekstraklasa S.A. and legal adviser of players, coaches, and activists in disputes before the bodies of PZPN, FIFA, and UEFA and courts of general jurisdiction.
