Biography
He is an expert in the scope of geological and mining law, as well as an adviser and participant of restructuring processes in the hard coal mining industry sector. He has large experience in conducting proceedings related to repairing mining damage and also in compensation proceedings based on the civil code.
He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice (1999). In the years 2000–2002 he was employed at Adwokaci i Doradcy s.c. Law Office in Katowice, and next from 2002 to 2008 in SZ&P Law Office. In 2008 he passed the legal adviser examination and one year later he was granted the status of Partner of SZ&P Law Office. He speaks English.
