Biography
She is a specialist in the scope of commercial law. She has experience in rendering services to companies, including consultancy in favour of public companies and capital groups. She is also engaged in the problems of capital markets.
A graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. A scholarship holder of the Socrates/Erasmus program at the University of Leipzig (Leipziger Universitat) in the years 2007-2008. She is an apprentice at the District Attorney at Law Board in Katowice. She has been connected with the Office since 2008.
She speaks German.

- legal coordinator of entrepreneurs, including a capital group which is one of the leading domestic entities acting in the logistics branch of business;
- adviser of enterprises in the scope of commercial law, among other for a public company being a leader of producers and sellers of flag poles in Poland;
- proxy in proceedings related to company bankruptcy;
- legal adviser at the conclusion of business contracts.
