Biography
He specialises in the scope of special purpose companies and Public and Private Partnership. Professionally, he is also interested in financial law and self-government law as well as the activity of non-governmental organisations.
He graduated from the Department of Law of the University of Szczecin (2001). Currently, he is a doctoral student at the Department of Law of the University of Silesia in Katowice. Professionally, he works as a member of the board at the Regional Financial Chamber in Zielona Góra. He conducts training sessions at the Regional Financial Chamber in Zielona Góra and non-profit organisations. He has been cooperating with the Office since 2009.
Experience
- lecturer at numerous seminars in the scope of public and private partnership and special purpose companies in favour of the biggest cities in the Province of Silesia;
- legal adviser of many non-governmental organisations in the scope of issues related to the activity of public benefit;
- author of numerous articles in the subject of self-government law.
