He specialises in penal and tax law and tax law.

He is a graduate of the Department of Law and Administration of the University of Silesia in Katowice. In the years 2003–2006 he carried out a judicial apprenticeship, ended with a judge examination. Since January 2007, when he obtained the license of a legal adviser he has been registered on the list of legal advisers at the District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice.
