On the 12th of April First Civil Department of Appelate Court in Wrocław in case of complaint MCI Management Co. Company against State Treasury- The Director of Tax Inspection Authority in Wrocław gave judgement against State Treasury. The sentence requires 28.904.888 PLN  high payment including interest from 8th of June 2006. This is amends for the loss of JTT Computer Office.
The sentence has ended the three- year lawsuit hold against State Treasury by MCI Management Co. Company.
In trial MCI Management Co. Company was represented by Nowakowski & Wspólnicy from Warsaw, Ślązak, Zapiór i Wspólnicy Office from Katowice and CWW S. Cetera, M. Węgrzyn-Wysocka i Wspólnicy from Wrocław- Law Offices which anticipate in a legal syndicate named Consortio Lex.
