We are the leader in the area of southern Poland in the scope of legal service of companies from the mining and geological line of business as well as heavy industry. We advise our Clients in cases related to energy law and environmental protection. Our specialists also develop legal solutions related to real estate turnover and a broadly understood investment process. In the face of numerous changes in the act on public finances, we have also created an expert group on self-government law, which advises self-government units mainly in the scope of establishing special purpose companies and public and private partnership.
